Artworks viewed in the Members Galleries are released publicly and on social media as available for sale within the designated time for being displayed on this website. Each sale has different details and dates. Subscribe for access.

WHAT TO DO TO PURCHASE:

  1. Browse the galleries for available artworks.

  2. Decide which art piece (or 2 or 3!) you would like to adopt and have on your wall.

  3. Select the BUY NOW link beside the art piece you have chosen - it will redirect you to PayPal to purchase.

  4. Enter your details - please ensure you use an email address we/courier company can contact you with; and your shipping address is correct.

  5. We will be in contact with 1 week to confirm your purchase and delivery.

  6. Allow 3 weeks for delivery. Tracking will be connected to the email address you provide.

 

Please make sure you (the buyer/purchaser) use a correct email address and delivery address.

ADMINISTRATION HOURS:

We will endeavour to get back to emails and phone calls as soon as possible, within a week/7 days. We are a family run business and art studio, so sometimes life (our children!) interrupts intended schedules.

VIEWING ARTWORKS and COMPARING TO ORIGINALS:

We work on a calibrated monitor. Images are as close as possible to the original artworks. If you are viewing images from an un-calibrated monitor, colours or brightness and contrast may differ on your screen compared to the original artworks.

QUALITY OF ORIGINALS:

Artworks have been created with a very high standard. Artist quality varnish or thick polymer finish is used on the artworks as a final layer. Artworks are ready to hang with the appropriate wires and hooks attached. All paints and paint mediums are of artist quality, meaning they have a high light fast rating. Inferior paints are never used. As these pieces are hand made, there will be slight 'imperfections' in the finish - this does NOT compromise the quality of the artwork and the materials used. In fact, it gives each art piece a uniqueness which does not exist in mass produced artworks.

PAYMENTS:

Currently we offer PayPal, Credit Card or Direct Deposit as the means to purchase an artwork through our website. PayPal is the automated payment method. If you prefer a different option such as credit card or direct deposit into our account, please contact us immediately via email. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible, but within a week. We are a family run business, so sometimes life interrupts our schedule!

DELIVERY/SHIPPING/FREIGHT (pick up in Salisbury, Brisbane is available):

A delivery fee is automatically added in the 'Buy Now' checkout - this is on top of the price of the artwork.

SHIPPING COSTS:

- Small sized artworks: $20.00

- Medium sized artworks: $30.00

- Large sized artworks: $50.00

- Extra-large sized artworks: $100.00

Please make sure you (the buyer) uses a correct email address and delivery address when purchasing through our website which re-directs to PayPal. We use Sendle, Couriers Please or Australia Post in Australia to courier our artworks. They require a signature on delivery. If you are not home, they will leave a note and location for pick up. It is the buyers/purchasers responsibility to contact the courier company to pick up the art piece. Use the link below for tracking information. Your email address will be given to the courier company in order to track and contact you (the buyer/purchaser).

We package our paintings really well! We use recycled and new packaging materials.

​

International Shipping: A postage quote will be emailed within 7 days of contact. Upon confirmation and acceptance of the postage quote by the buyer, any shipping fees not covered in the initial purchase price will be emailed on an invoice.

If you wish to use Pack & Send as the courier, a quote and invoice will be emailed once you have contacted us.

CARING FOR YOUR ARTWORK:

Original art pieces/paintings should never be hung facing direct sunlight.

To dust - wipe artwork gently over front surface with a non-abrasive soft cloth. Varnished oil paintings may be dusted with a slightly damp cloth (use only water). Canvases - of both thick and thin edges - tend to bow or warp slightly over time in our Australian humid heat/weather, especially larger sized canvases. This will not compromise the quality of the painting and should hang fine on a wall. Be careful not to knock, drop or bang the art pieces as this could possibly damage or crack the surface of the painting.

REFUNDS:

Artworks must be returned within 14 days of purchase with tracking for a full refund. Tracking details must be provided to us. Contact us via email to arrange the return. We are not responsible for any damage, or return postage fees.
